When can we expect to receive Erae 2?
Erae 2 is available to order with first batch shipping in December 2024. From then on, our shipping platforms will allow 2-3 days deliveries.
What is the return policy?
Embodme offers a 30-day return policy for the Erae product, allowing customers to return items within 30 days after the proof of receipt. Returns are accepted at no charge if the product is in like-new condition with all original packaging and accessories included. Any damage or wear may affect the eligibility for a full refund.
Will you be releasing tutorials on the ERAE 2 for setting up in DAWs?
Yes! You can already check our Youtube channel with our in-depth series on our first version Erae Touch. We are also going to release a full video series on Erae 2 along with the user Manual and many presets and Layout templates to get in our Download section!
How durable and resistant is the ERAE II?
The Erae 2 is built with robust aluminum construction, combining durability with a premium feel. It features 16k force sensors that demand careful handling to maintain optimal sensitivity and performance. To protect the sensors, avoid placing heavy objects on the surface or compressing it, as this could cause damage.The Erae 2’s innovative silicone skin surface represents three years of intensive research and development, achieving a perfect balance between sensitivity and toughness. This surface has undergone rigorous quality testing to ensure its durability. Additionally, the skin is easily replaceable, accommodating wear from extensive use. Replacement skins are available for purchase on the Embodme website.Designed with input from touring artists and drummers, the Erae 2 is engineered to withstand the demands of both studio and live performances. Embodme offers a 2-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects. For repairs or support, customers can reach out to Embodme’s customer service at support@embodme.com.
Is it portable?
Erae 2 can be transported with its carrying and protective case. THe product is supplied with USB 65W power adapters and can also be power directly to laptop with usb-c 15W power delivery. Battery are not included but we can provide advices on reference if you need to use it with a portable battery system.
