Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your courier tracking number. Click the link in the email to follow your delivery on the courier's website.

If you have not received a tracking email within one week of your order confirmation, please open a support ticket with your order number: we will look into it right away.

Note: Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear on the courier's website after dispatch.

Changing your delivery address

If you need to change your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Address changes can only be made before your package is handed to the courier: once it is in transit, the courier controls routing.

To request an address change:

  1. Open a support ticket with the subject line "Address change, order [your order number]".
  2. Include your current (incorrect) address and the correct new address.
  3. The team will confirm whether a change is still possible.

Customs, VAT & import duties

Customs zones and VAT responsibility by region

EU customers

If your delivery address is within the European Union, VAT is applied automatically at checkout. No additional fees will be charged at delivery.

UK customers

The UK is outside the EU for customs purposes since Brexit. Your order ships from France and will be subject to UK import VAT (currently 20%) on arrival. The courier handles customs clearance and will contact you with a payment request before or at the time of delivery.

Customers in Switzerland, Norway & Liechtenstein

These countries have specific customs agreements with the EU. Import duties and local VAT will apply. The courier will contact you with the applicable fee when the package reaches the border.

US, Canada, Australia & rest of world

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to:

  • Import duties (percentage of the declared value, set by your country)
  • Local VAT or sales tax (varies by country and state/province)

These fees are charged by the courier at the time of delivery (or billed shortly after). They are not included in the price you pay at checkout and are the customer's responsibility.

Note: Duty and tax rates vary by country and can change. Your courier's website provides a general overview of duties and taxes; contact your local customs authority for the most current rates.

If your package is held or rejected by customs

Customs authorities occasionally hold or reject packages for inspection. If this happens:

  1. Check your email: the courier will contact you with instructions. You may be asked to provide additional documentation or pay an outstanding duty balance.
  2. Act promptly: uncollected packages that remain in customs beyond a set period may be returned to us.
  3. If the package is returned to us, contact support@embodme.com and we will arrange a re-shipment once the situation is resolved.
