Concept & market fit

We work on ideas generation with brainstorming sessions and workshop activities with participants from various background (engineer, designer, sales and marketing). We initiate every project with solid concepts and plans, making sure of the added-value for the customer and final user.

Project specification

Once the concept is set we are ready to start the feasibility studies from both a technical standpoint to the cost and bill of material estimation. At the end of this stage we provide you with a clear report with functional specifications, design draft and visual concept, supply chain process, material consideration and a timeline to the final Proof-of-Concept production and testing.

POC development to MVP

Depending on the complexity and scale of the project we can work with several step & phases and as many iteration as needed to go from a lab prototype to a final test in real conditions.Most of our designs work with off-the-shelf components but we can also develop system-on-chips depending on the level of integration and miniaturization required by your project.

Production

Once the final BOM is fixed we can work with you and our network of partner to scale production.We can help with the component sourcing and assessment of tooling and quality controls at the end of the chain. We can also establish the electronic and mechanical assembling process for our partner or your own line of production.
